The Sopeña Charity and Cultural Foundation (OSCUS) is:

- With a social and charitable purpose
- Christian
- Officially Recognised private entity.
It was founded in Spain by Dolores Sopeña in 1902 and, since then, has grown remarkably. Nowadays it carries out its work in the following countries: Spain,Italy, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico and the Dominican Republic.
